ever been to an expo for free supplements?

Have you ever been to any of those Expos that offer you free supplements?
The people there are usually really cool and you can line up and grab a lot of free stuff.
I got a bunch of things in my goodie bag this year including gummy protein and things like protein powder and packets.
Has any of you ever tried these and do you think these are high quality or no?
