Hey guys figure I'd start a pole getting everyone's input on what they eat in the evenings it's always nice to help people out especially when trying to attain their goals we all know about the standard cottage cheese and peanut butter or slow digesting proteins milk cheeses etc. but let's get a couple other legit night meals on the thread!
