Sorry no gym for me... I lift at home, smith machine, bench, lat pull down, and dip machine is all I use, tho a gym would be nice for some isolation movements. BTW stealing ur bruce lee quote. I would say this is about the lowest bf ive been too other than being sick once and loosing weight. Unfortunately I cant seem to gain weight easy. I have all my meals laid out with specific amounts for each. 30,50,20% on protein carbs fats in that order. 3500 cal diet. even when going over gain nothing maybe 2 lbs? im young so i guess my metabolism will slow one day. Supplemets r just creatine. have ran unleashed and daa once which was a big cycle for me haha but only got a lb or 2.
