Ephedrine with anti depressants?

Anybody have any experience with ephedrine while on anti depressants? Obviously I'm going to inquire at the doctor's office, but I wanted to see if anybody had first hand experience. I'm taking effexor right now for anti anxiety, and I know that they put messages on ECA's that you may not want to use if you are having psychological issues. Any advice?

I had a few clients that had a problem with mixing ECA w/ anti-ds, so I don't recommend it. For the most part MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) are a problem, but ECA has to be ran by your doctor.
