Though reaching your target heart rate is great. Using Caffeine or ephedra/ephedrine may not always be a option. That's actually doesn't work the body. It just speeds up your heart rate. Exercise. you can actually achieve your target heart rate by just plain exercise. A natural N.O. boost is nice. But Caffeine and ephedra isn't going to move your muscles. Be smart about what you use. Go the natural route because you will always need these products once you start them. Scientific fact that one can get addicted to caffeine, as well as ephedrine/Ephedra. I just don't understand why if it's so good for your heart why people get heart conditions after such pro-longed use. Just a thought.
