enough for a meal?

ok.

I'm 6', 207, havn't had my bf tested in a long time, I can see my abs though.

I eat 6-7 meals a day.

my question is.. during one of my breaks at work I eat 1 cup of white rice and 1 180g can of tuna(30g protein). Is that enough for that meal????
 
That would be good for me but it all depend on what your other meals are like. But i would say yes if your keeping track of your Cal,Pro,Carb's, and Fat.

One thing that i notice today is that my 170g tune is only 120g when drained, now i have to fix my Cal's

blood_drinker think about it I was cheating myself of 812 Cal's aweek that's 116 Cals aday that's 58 cal's a can. I could have had more tuna:D
Now i know why i'm losing weight;):p
