Eminem Leaves Gym In Fury After Failed Bench Press

Star magazine reports Eminem recently showed up at Crunch gym in West Hollywood with a burly bodyguard to pump some iron. When the rapper tried to bench press 150 pounds with the guard spotting him, Slim wasn't able to lift the weights after five minutes of trying. He gave up and stormed out of the club.
 
I heard he was straining so hard, it made his tattoos run.
 
star never lies. i bet supernav was there because the gym was in hollywood and full of strippers and celebs. he can vouch for its validity

i myself just hit 150 for a double yesterday

no shit

almost was a triple but the crowd around the bench was fainting and it threw me off

Maybe the right kind...where the spotter just makes sure that you don't get pinned or choked but other than that it's all you.

That's how I spot people and that's how I expect to be spotted, and it pisses me off when people think "spotting" means "upright rowing the barbell."

lol im telling you, try pressing a weight for more than 20 seconds and if you dont get it then you'll never get it. The lactic acid build up would see to that.

But back to my post, it was supposed to be FUNNY!

He didn't sit there pinned under the weight for 5 minutes dude.
 
I was watching some eminem video,i think its called sing for the moment, anyways there was a few clips of him doing some weight lifting.
i wonder how much he weighs? id wouldve figured hed be able to put up more than 150 on bench but i guess not.

All joking aside, this is not called for and was down right nasty and judgmental, whether you spell it Polack or Pallack... you know damn well what you are saying. Isn't polak like ' a Polish person' and not derogatory at all? I'm half Polish myself but didn't really take offence.
 
I actually saw him in a 24 Hour Fitness in San Diego with about 5 of the fattest brothers I have ever seen, I don't rememeber if it was the 95's or 90's but he was repping out pretty easy on flat dumbell bench with them, I am also not saying that is a lot of weight, but it is an indicator he can more than likelly bench 150.......:D

Actually, race is a pretty useless classification as well. Often, there is less genetic difference between two members of different "races" than there is between two members of the same "race." Eat shit and die asspacker.
 
I would've liked to have seen his reaction if some chick came up right behind him after he racked it, sat down & proceded to pump out about 3-4 reps all the while saying, "here you go slim, this is how it's done."

I make my spotters stand 2 yards back from the bench so that 'they dont get in my line of vision'..........which is a half truth. The other half is that I dont need a little prock screaming 'ITS ALL YOU!!!!' in my face when it isnt.

Don't understand these celebs.. Got all this money and just hang out in clubs and drink.... Besides working my thing (record deal, movie) as a celeb i would get a chef 24/7, personal trainer, and some gear besides chilling with homies all the time.... Hell if you're going to be in the limelight at least look good... How superficial i am... But thats one phat house he has.....

my buddies house was 7.5 mill (canadian, so like 4 mill-ish USD), and its nowhere that nice,.... maybe cause its downtown, but jeez, thats a no-holds-barred mansion, his plaec is just a mini-castle

Yeah...it's in the middle of god-knows-where Michigan. I'm sure it's probably in an upscale neighborhood, but regardless you're still not going to pay anywhere what you would have to for some property close to downtown.
