I would say, start some small talk. "Hi, are you heading anywhere for spring break?" Then throw in some bs about how you can't go anywhere this year because your way to busy with school and work, and maybe throw in something about going to visit your grandparents. Chicks dig sweet guys that visit ther grandparents. Hopefully she lives above you. When you get to your floor keep talking like you forgot it was your floor.She'll prob say,isn't this your floor. Say, oh well, i'll come back down(or something like that), and keep talking. When you finally get to her floor avoid the ackward time, just ask her if she wants to hang out, have drinks or whatever. Don't be a puss. It will seem sweet to her that you missed your floor just to talk to her.
But don't listen to me, I'm single, HA-HA
