electric abdominal stimulator?

what do you guys think of the electronic ab stimulators that are advertised...?

they have like 6 pads and you just put them on your abs and let the electronic pulses work your muscles...

has anyone tried it?

i have one....bought it a few years ago....dont waste your money...they don't work!!!
