Ive been getting some pain and stiffness recently in my elbows so I ordered some forged joint repair and skeletal balm today. Anybody have any experience with these products?
Not those products in particular. I do reccomend getting some elbow sleeves to help alleviate elbow stiffness. Also try incorporating deload weeks into your training to give the joints a break. Maybe every 4th week do a light week.

i injured a tricep tendon and it gave me a lot of trouble at my elbow...i used both those products along with glucosamine and found that all 3 were a great combo.
ultimately time is the only thing that can help it heal.
i had to stop traing for a few weeks and was not happy about that BUT the consultant said if it gets aggrivated i could be looking at months off training instead of weeks.
