Eggs, how long do they last?

my gosh this was extremely help ful!!! i had no idea that eggs could be frozen!! and to defrost, just leave in fridge over night????

Yep, crack the eggs, (don't freeze with the shell) separate yolks & whites. Whip the whites a tiny bit with a little salt & freeze. Do the same for yolks in a separate container.

Ok seriously, i have been wondering for years and years, how long do they stay good for?? When i ask people, i get conflicting info....so was wondering if any of you knew?? How long can i keep them in my fridge??? And once they are hard boiled, how long do they keep in the fridge? Thank you

The only reason I toss them out when they hit the expiration date on the box is because I ate some eggs on a few different occasions that were about a week past date and they tasted like CRAP. Didn't get sick though. I have drank quite a few raw eggs before and never got sick, but I did get really foul gas so cook your eggs! lol....
