I like my team right now...until Suh falls on AP in week 3 and he goes on IR, Forte decides to hold out on his contract and Philip Rivers goes color blind and sets a new NFL interception record...

your wide receivers are kind of wack for fantasy purposes.

steve johnson was good last year but now that people know who he is, how good is he really gonna be?

wes welker is not really a good fantasy WR either. doesn't score a lot of TDs and now the pats offense is gonna even be more spread out with ochocinco.

i hope philips rivers does good and think he will. Antonio gates needs to have a rebound (healthy) year

my team is stacked everywhere except at #2 rb,which i fucked up on cause of the draft clock and the person before me taking rb i wanted.so i just took a wr .

we shall see..lol @ glads team better then mine.glad got 1 position on his whole team better then mine #2 rb

he went RB heavy, which is a good strategy if you can get the right guys. also, ocho should be on the bench and mike williams (tampa) should be starting. if he does that, his starting team is pretty boss.

3 headed monster of turner, mendenhall, greene with manning at QB is very legit. and reggie wayne is his #1 WR.

ya i'm really deep on WR. 2 RB are solid but my backups are all big upside guys. especially tate once foster goes down

They were already offering him to be the highest paid rb in the league, but that wasn't good enough for him. He was totally money driven. No way was he going to sit out the season and take nothing.

didn't know about it. been working around 60-70 hrs a week and stuck in a hotel 3-4 nights a week. have little time to do my own league.

also......peyton's neck better be healed. i'm completely fucked in my other league if reggie wayne and dallas clark are gonna have to catch balls from curtis painter or kerry collins. maybe not dallas clark as much though, because new/backup QBs love TEs it seems

IMHO, i don't think he'll be out long if he's out, but still, you want to start off strong.

glad has both manning and wayne

my annual league with my friends is switching to a 2 keeper system next year, but never played in a dynasty league.

i think that's excessive. you should be able to improve your team each year.

jeremy maclin had a cancer scare or some shit and hasn't played football in forever.

he'd be stuck with tolbert or if he moves wells into the #2 RB slot he can put one of his WRs in the flex.

big drop off though
 
jimmy, are you still on facebook? i created a new group (not an event) for EF since the date of the draft past and it's a pain in the ass to access it. also it helps that the other 30 people on the list who have no interest in the league don't get spammed lol

this week wasn't my week. josh freeman got hurt for a quarter, my kicker got injured on the opening kickoff, and my best RB was mediocre at best. My defense went off, but so did jimmys.

if i had started steve smith over colston (i thought about it), it would be really close

FYI...two things

1.) zwhit, accept my fuckn friend request you autodrafting faggot so I can invite you to the EF fantasy football group. since the event day passed I made a group and everyone but you is part of it

2.) There's an issue with the bonuses for 40+ yard td and 50 + yard td. I emailed NFL.com before i did the scoring settings because i wanted to clarify about the bonuses stacking. They said bonuses did not stack and said i.e. if a quarterback throws for 401 yards, he gets the 6 point bonus for 400 yards, and the 3 yard bonus for 300 yards is overriden/negated.

However; if you look at Steve Smith, Kenny Britt and Matt Forte who all caught 50+ yard tds...they are receiving 2 points for the 40 yard TD + another 2.5 points for the 50 yard TD bonus. Meaning players are getting a total of 4.5 points for a 50 yard receiving or rushing td, and 3.5 points for a 50 yard passing td. It was supposed to be an extra half point for a 50 yard instead of a 40 yard td. I'm going to change this for passing td's, receiving tds, and rushing TDs. As I said, this came directly from NFL.com so i took them at face value.

The yardage bonuses are fine. This seems only to be an issue with the extra long TD bonuses. Don't freak out, this really won't have an effect on anybody's game this week, with the exception of maybe Iggy but kyle orton would have to put up a ton of points
