amy is the treasurer. you pick the most responsible person to hold the money. that's how it works in all the leagues i've ever played in. would you rather have iggy hold your money? rofl

and of course we get our money back if not enough people pay. but that shouldn't be a problem. with you, there'd be 5 that have paid already. zwhit is about to pay...and both boardin and amine and want to play have good jobs so they'll pony up soon too.

Only two people have yet to pay up, and one of them is snail mailing me tomorrow.

everyone's paid but jigga. he's been MIA. hasn't been on his fauxbook or here.

i know he'll pay when he's around, but wtf is he? i'm gonna have to exchange numbers with people who are prone to go MIA so they don't forget to set lineups. specifically glad and jigga. everyone else i think will be fine

We need two people if he's going to play.

We have our ten but twelve team leagues function a little better and it'll help the payouts a little.

We can add two more only if they are ok with the existing draft time and scoring. Neither will be changed because the rest of the league has already agreed on it.
 
bigpokey said he would play but he didn't sound very enthusiastic about it. So I don't know.

our draft is monday, so if you're going to play, you need to pay the $50 before the draft

I would bet on games for 50 bucks and just pick the Jets to win everytime, lol. I don't think I want to spend the time I would need to win at it. You really have to do your HW.
 
i'd say we're good at ten....

i'm always hesitant to have people join a league super late unless i trust the hell out of them....

it's also a PPR league.

so couple of plus/minus either way

pros for AP:
-he's been top 5 fantasy back his first 4 seasons he's been int he league
-he's only missed a handful of games
-you know he's gonna get carries

cons for AP:
-His offensive line is starting to suck and getting old
-Outside of percy harvin, they have no real receiving threats with sidney rice gone
-he could break down
-has to play both the packers and bears twice


pros for Arian foster
- Gary Kubiak loves to run the ball.
- Has a balanced offense so they can't stack the box
- good young,offensive line in the run game
- Gets a lot of receptions out of the backfield
- plays against quite a few crappy run defenses (although also good ones like baltimore and pitt)

cons
- gonna be hard to duplicate his numbers again/one hit wonder
- defenses might key in on him, although Andre Johnson makes that less likely
- don't know his durability long term




i've changed my mind at least 3 times tonight. it's also a keeper league so that makes me say hmmm
 
phenom16 wants to play too and is ready to pay, but we need one more for him to be able to play to make it an even number.

who wants the last spot in the league? Someone step up and take it. Draft is monday negros

we'd be at 12 teams and that'd be the ideal number for fantasy

lol i don't know if i'm gonna be allowed to draft a team for you

but you can use a cheat sheet or use autodraft (where it picks the best available player according to their rankings automatically)

every week you start

1 quarterback
2 running backs
2 wide receivers
1 flex (means you start a running back or wide receiver)
1 tight end
1 defense

your quarterback gets points for throwing yards and touchdowns mostly.

running backs get points for touchdowns, yards, carries and receptions

wide receivers and tight ends get points for touchdowns, yard and receptions


You have your starters and a bench. you can sub in different players based on matchups(what team they're playing) or injuries.

you just have to set your lineup before the games start (On Sunday) once a week, but make sure you look to see in case someone is injured or a game time decision.

you have boss wide receivers. dwayne bowe, vincent jackson and brandon marshall.

you also have aaron rodgers and somehow MJD slipped to you and you got him on autodraft

Not too bad of a lineup though. Jahvid Best though as my first RB pick though? Wtf?

I can work with Rodgers, MJD, Jackson, and Marshall.

Beanie wells. that guy just fuckin sucks. he couldn't even win his job over la-fuck stevens howling or tim hightower. i had a stacked fantasy squad last season with the exception of picking him in the 4th. he totally fucked me

by week 4 you're going to be relying on cedric benson and company at RB

fosters injury is day to day.. he will be fine..

is that your team with josh freeman as the starting qb? shh

beanie wells will rush for 1000 this year
 
i did fux up on the #2 back though..everytime i was ready to take a good back,someone would nab him right before me

all the teams have holes ..maybe wells or benson can have a kick ass year

josh freeman had 26 touchdowns and 6 int last year with almost 4000 yds. he's only going to get better.

pretty sure he had more fantasy points than your starting QB or close to. and i got him about 7 rounds later

i woulda had schaub if iggy wasn't such a fuckin retard
