Ecdybol, Whey Protein, and Hydroxycut

Hawlo, names fyyer ( only go by aliases ), And I currently take Mega Whey Protein ( 3 scoops (1serving) = 40 g's protein ), supported with Ecdybol to have maximum effects. And I was curious, I Just got some Hydroxycut, the goal is to lose fat, while still gaining size and strength. Is this a good combo? Any tips?
And please dont recommend steroids, Its just not what i need right now :)
 
you cannot gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, its impossible (unless your on fina....but thats a different story :) ) anyway pick one goal or the other, btw hydroxycut is expensive, id go with adipo if i had to pick an otc fat burner, jmo
 
And also...

I was also curious as too if any of the supplements would have down effects on the others, because obviousely the protein might make me gain weight, where as the Hydroxycut would make me lose it? So maybe I wouldnt get anywhere? Any ideas? Comments? :)
 
its really all about calories in the end, too gain muscle and strength you need to consume more calories, no matter how careful you are some of this will spill over into bodyfat....to lose bodyfat you have to restrict calories, and some of your muscle will be catabolized, even if you have the perfect diet....hydroxycut will boost your metabolism(burn more calories) the protein will help gain/lose cause both youneed to consume adequate protein, the ecdybol can be used for either, it never worked for me to begin with
 
my bad, although hydroxycut boosts ur metabolism, 96% of its results are from appetite supression, i wouldnt use it unless ur dieting or you need that boost b4 a workout
 
That is the one question i have.

How to loose fat and gain muscle. That is tough.

That kinda sucks, heh, yeah, I need to eat more to gain muscle, and some of that no matter what will go into fat. But you dont think dieting on massive protein amounts ( with ecdybol support ). and using Hydroxycut to burn the extra fat would work?
 
Stats:

Im 5'9 about, 210lbs, bf% im not sure about, benchin about 3 sets of 205 almost 10 times each, I believe I can do about 250 on machine, would you recommend goin with Hydroxycut?
 
golfer im looking to do that: first cycle fina/winny , 2200 calories hopefully it'll work

if ur gaining weight u can try using hydroxycut in the morning and then doing 20 mins of cardio on a completly empty stomach, and then dont use hydroxycut for the rest of the day. and do this 3 or 4x a week, but it will hinder your gains
bottom line: PICK ONE GOAL
 
From everything I have read you want to retain as much muscle as you can while losing fat. Depends on your goals I guess and what you are starting with. Remember cardio and diet makes everything smaller, and yeah if you have never taken hydroxycut then it's nice, altho i like adipo better and it's cheaper to boot :)
