I'm a 21 y/o male. 20%bf. 6'3 height, 38/32 pants, 208lbs. I've been working out 6 days a week for four months (with about a month off when I went to Italy) and I'm still trying to get rid of the fat I've gained from 3 years in college. Would going on an ECA stack or using hydroxycut or another fat burner be worthwhile for me? Obviously I should keep doing cardio and eating right, but at what bf% should I start using a fat metabolizer?
