ECA stack for women

Chest tightness from an internal stimulant reaction is different from external muscle tightness...

When I know it's not a good time for ephedrine for me (like recently), it felt almost as if my chest was collapsing into itself, like someone was taking their hand and steadily pushing. But that's just me

Does the mean 16mg of ephedrine 2 times per day? If it does, I agree that you shouldn't be running more than that.

That dosing would be 50mg per day. As a man that teeters back and forth at 200lbs, 75mg would be the most I would run. I also ran that dose when I was 160lbs. You are probably close to finding your sweet spot.
 
It is 16Mg of ephedrine with 200mg of Caffeine three times a day.

Should I only do it twice?

Dosing it twice like that would give me 32mgs of ephedrine total per day.

Of o dose it the times like that I would be at 48Mg total per day.....

I like it 3x per day and I don't think that your dose is too high either. Some would disagree.
 
Great thread ladies, I've been reading for my wife and I.

How is the ECA stack affecting your endurance and cardio? In the research I've done it's been mentioned that you shouldn't take ECA in the heat, or warm climates due to the thermogenic effect. It has also been mentioned that it should not be taken during high intensity workouts / activity. My wife and I are Crossfitters, so with the HIIT training and the temps in our gym, things get very hot quick. Thoughts?
 
I've found that my lifting suffers if I take ECA before the gym..I don't think thats a common experience though
my heart rate reacts really strongly to it now where as it didn't when I was younger
I havent done any cardio in probably 3 years..lol..so no help there
I'm about to add cardio back in and judging by my reaction to it during lifting I don't think I'll be taking ECA prior to it
 
I have found that taking 2e and 1 c three times a day is doable for me. That is approximately 16 milligrams of ephedrine and 200 milligrams of caffeine per dose.

My usual routine: 2 circuit training days with lifting and Cardio mixed in, 1 strength day, 1 power day and 1 HIIT/heavy bag day.

I have noticed that my heart rate goes up quicker on my circuit days. In an effort to not totally exhaust myself I just go lighter on the cardio between circuits and do the bike instead of the treadmill.

I have not done hiit for two Weeks.. I would imagine it would be difficult to do on ephedrine. I also read to limit your high intensity training while using ephedrine, but I love circuit training too much.

I'm going to weigh myself next week. I do not feel any lighter, but I do have increased energy. We shall see if ephedrine helped my plateau. My diet is in check and I started taking it on 13 April.
