ECA and heart problems!

Funny I was sitting in class today after taking an NYC, 3 hours later i had some palpitations (rapid heart rate). It lasted a good 10 seconds, which feels like a minute. I was scared as shit and thought I'd have a heart attack. Never had this problem before, except when last time I took an ECA same thing happened. Be careful w/ what you're using.

As far as Potassium, Sodium, Calcium, and Mg are concerned I'm sure I take good doses of all of the electrolytes daily. So I don't know why I got the palpitations.
