I saw that salmon at Wal*Mart. It was 1 buck for a package. I went there the otherday though and they marked it down to 50 cents!!!!! I baught like 10 of those, and the funny thing is, I already had half a dozen at the house.

What did you think of it, it wasn't farm raised and it tasted so much better to me. But I used to snag chinooks on the Genesee in NY back in the day and got it fresh, so I may be biased against farm-raised salmon. I was at Wally world a couple hours ago getting meats, got 3lbs of Chicken Breasts for $7.99 frozen,( its the broth added crap, tho) couldn't find any more of the salmon.
Second Nature Eggs were $2.00 a pint! So I picked up 10 cartons of them, into the freezer they go!
By the way, eggbeaters, second nature eggs, and any other eggwhite in a carton can be frozen for up to six months without a problem, so if you see it on sale, go heavy on it.
Join the military. If you aren't married you'll eat all you want for free. If you are married, go to the commisary.. I used to buy steaks ( new ones ) for $1.50 a piece. 1 lb of steak is no wheres near that cheap up here in Boston. They say people who shop at a commisary in the military save 30% on average for their gocery shopping.
If you don't want to join, find a local military base, find the youngest kid possible and offer him $10 to buy the food for you.
Air Force Commision is only 3 years away for me. ROTC btw. Oh and one reason why everything is so cheap is because there isn't a tax on that stuff. If only there were gas stations open on the bases.
In the UK, I got to Netto (cheap as shit Denmark food chain). Their choice is basic, but a BB dream as everything that is high in protein (chicken brest, turkey fillets, eggs, kidney beans etc) is so cheap, its a joke! I can BB on £20 - 25 a week no problem.
