I am dieting and need to lose some fat.  I gained like 20 pounds during pandemic and time to get back into shape for a new year.  Is salad okay to get everyday with my dinner?  I usually eat either fish or chicken for dinner and add a salad. Like how much fat is in my salad if I use lettuce, tomato and feta cheese and what dressing can I use?
