easy sources of fiber

i have read a lot about the benefits of fiber in the diet...what do you all use for good sources of fiber? right now all the carbs i eat come from brown rice potatoes and spinach, none of which are very high in fiber.

fruit
vegetables
beans
oat

Low-carb tortilla shells. Tumara's and la Tortilla Factory make good ones. The large ones have 8 grams of fiber per shell. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it.

Is Kashi Go-Lean Crunch and Kashi Go-Lean good cereals to have in the morning?
I really like these cereals and they have 8g and 10g of fiber, respectively.

Beans, Whole Grain Breads, Thomas English Muffins 100% whole wheat, hell his 100% whole wheat bagel has 10 grams of fiber, Eat that, then wait a few hours and you will be on the JOHN.

Like they mentioned, broccoli, beans (i just got into eating green beans myself), other green veggies. Also, you can buy psyllium husk powder to throw in protein shakes. It'll thicken them up and doesn't taste too bad. I think you can even buy it from wal-mart now.

Another cereal with a lot of fiber is Kellogg's All Bran with extra fiber. I think Fiber one tastes better though.
