Dylan Gemelli Goes HARD ON THE SUPER SARM TRIPLE STACK!!

Sorry to answer this, as I am not as shredded as Dylan hehe. But I would suggest a run of Bridge. I just started mine and I am loving it. Running it along side my S4 as well now. Some run bridge double dosed instead of HCGen but since it's my first time I will be only using the standard 3 caps a day. Perhaps during my next "bridge" I will do a double dose.

HCGenerate is like double strength Bridge and is more cost effective than taking a double dose of Bridge.

I would still recommend running the HCGenerate and using a light PCT after.

You should be good. Might one throw in some Bridge after for 30 days if you're gonna stop HCGenerate. Better safe than sorry. Unleashed will lower SHBG. The HCGenerate and Bridge will up your body's natural test production.

Day 30 - More Strength Gains and More N2AMP Energy!!

So I just have to say, that the way N2AMP made me feel yesterday was no fluke... I had another f'ing awesome cardio day to start off my workout and the I could feel the strong energy getting more and more going into my lifting... I mean its almost like a euphoric feeling to me but its just such clean energy... I love it!

So today was back and biceps... This is a pretty tough combo but that's esxactly why I added it to this new workout cycle... I started right off the jump with barbell free weight rows... I also decided that I was going to break the PR I set last week on it after the first set... I did 180 x 10's last week and thats not counting the bar weight... So today I moved it up to 190... thats four plates and a ten... just doing this made me feel like an animal... that got me so amped for the rest of the workout... I was able to do all 4 sets of alternate arm dumbell seated side arm curls at 50 x 10... I also got up to 330 on the dorsiflexor back extension machine for 10... thats the entire rack! I had to add dumbell weight on my single arm cable machine back extensions because the rack wasn't enough weight... that was a PR for me as well... I also set a PR on my single arm curls on the 45 degree machine at 55x10... My simotaneous dumbell curls at 50 x 10 was also a PR... I am feeling so strong and continue to move forward... I wake up in the morning and just look forward to going to the gym... I just love it so much... The dedication and love for it is just part of who and what I am... I will continue to make as much progress as possible on a daily basis... All feedback appreciated!!
 
Day 31 - THE BOULDER SHOULDERS

I truly needed the N2AMP today because I had to wake up extra early this morning after having to close at work last night so I was in need of some extra juice and it certainly worked! I was so f'ing amped when I got to the gym this morning... Cardio was simply awesome this morning... All of the NBA and NFL things going on Sportscenter didn't hurt either for cardio! =) A great start though to the workout....

So today was Shoulders and Triceps... Everyone knows shoulders is my favorite workout and I was bound and determined to f'ing kill it today... I was weighing in at 193 which puts me at a 5lb. gain so far on this cycle, which I feel is very impressive and I am very happy with it... 10 would be great by the end but I am thrilled as of right now... So I started off with shoulder presses on the calf machine... There is obviously the wide grip ( which is a bit easier) than the straight forward grip where you would normally have your shoulders rested on your calf raises... I went for huge weight at 255 on it... I felt like a beast doing that weight... It was not easy at all but I nailed it... Then I was burning out my tri's with sets of 25 on hanging dips... I was repping 115 for standing shoulder presses with the barbell which I felt was pretty impressive coming off the amount I exerted on the calf machine shoulder presses... I also killed it on standing dumbell straight arm overhead lateral raises... 35 x 10... I hit cable tricep extensions single arm rope extensions at 80 x 10 which is great weight as well... I finished with cross arm cable shoulder extensions at 75 x 10... I had a killer workout today... The pictures will show how huge my shoulders looked after todays workout... I truly can't believe the size they were looking today... All feedback welcome!!

Leg pics bro... I understand your a runner, but you still need to workout your legs... Are you doing any at all? You would be suprised how workout your legs will give you stamina as a runner... I was a catcher for 20 years, and would squat for hours daily, but i never excluded doing my legs... I would still have to run 3-5 miles a day with conditioning for baseball, as well as sprinting drills and lots of up and down on my legs, but i still squated, deadlifted, and leg pressed... of course being a catcher i have big legs, so they are my strong point. So i would do lighter weight and focus more on form and full contraction, making my butt almost touch the ground on squats, etc... And because i was running and burning off all the lactic acid, my legs felt great and i got to where i could run distance like no other... just my 2 cents... why are you worried about gaining muscle when running isnt even a natural movement that stimulates muscle growth, and in fact, and in research, which i can site from a study done at University of Tampa on different types of cardio. Running will actually destroy muscle fiber, although is the best thing, especially short burst sprinting for fat loss, but at the expense of muscle... There a full article in last months Muscle Devolopment as well about the study... Triathalon runners are not crowned Mr. Olympias bro.. And you have great genetics... I think alot of are asking about your legs because if you lifted them steadly and dropped the marathons, you would easily be 20+ lbs... You have good training, diet, and supps... Still looking shredded as fuck tho as always.... How much weight are you at total from the start of your sarms cycle?
 
Long distance runners lose a lot of muscle along with fat, for sure. But sprinters typically are pretty explosive, strong, shredded, etc... Sprinting I would think would lose little if any muscle.

I don't do any conditioning at all. But even if I did, I would never stop squatting and deadlifting. That's where all the real size and weight comes from!

I guess that explains how you're only 190lbs at 6'1" while being pretty big and very lean.

My strength has more than quadrupled... my size from where it was speaks for itself and the time frame from which it was accomplished speaks even higher volumes... I ENJOY running and will continue to do it just as I do... I ENJOY being an athlete... I ENJOY running marathons and I ENJOY the way that I structure my workouts... I tweak things along the way that need to be tweaked and I try to cover all my bases... Now, it will always have room for improvement and there are always things that I could do better, but that's the beauty of what we call "progress." Progress is the result of the improvements made...

I am sure I could gain more size without running, I think thats common sense but I am not going to stop doing something I enjoy... Could I do more legs... yes... do I respect an opinion... yes... but I couldnt be happier with where I am at, so when something is not broke, you don't fix it... Now, if in the future I have different goals and things need to change, then of course, I will do so accordingly, but the progress that I am making is great with me...

I have gained 5 lbs. since the start of my SARMS cycle which was almost exactly a month ago, so I think that's pretty strong... My body fat has stayed the same along with the weight gain so I am extremely happy with it...
 
Day 32 - FEELING SO STRONG and GAINING SIZE!!

Sorry for the late posting today everyone... I had a rare day off from work and after the gym I went to the beach and then I went to get a massage so I had to take advantage of the day!

So cardio was absolutely awesome again today... the N2AMP has been such a huge asset to all my overall performance but especially with cardio... The NCAA tournament starting today also helped quite a bit!!

So today was chest and traps day... Last week I finally broke through my 205 plateau on my bench press... I got 210 x 10 last week so today I wanted to at least do that again... So after two sets of 205 I decided to go for it again and nailed it... So I thought it would be sweet to do it at least two sets this week for some excellent progress... I had been stuck on 205 for damn near 2 months so doing two sets this week at 210 would be sweet... As I lay there I thought to myself "fck it, im going for 215" At about rep 8 I could definitely feel it but I POWERED through it... That was the start to my workout and after that I was so pumped that the rest of the workout was so strong... I did straight arm forward chest raises with a 45 pound free weight... People were looking at me like I was nuts... I did 50 x 10's on lateral raises, which is beast weight on lateral raises... The next two chest exercises really showed me just how far I have come on my chest... Chest is always my weakest body part, well it WAS, but its not anymore... I was able to do incline flies with 75 pound dumbbells... This was amazing to me but I nailed it!! The other one that I did that was awesome was the hammer strength incline machine... I normally do sets of 10 with both arms at 200 and thats about the same weight the guys in the gym twice my size do... Well I was able to do that single armed today... Absolutely sweet! I also did single arm seated dumbell high rows on my traps with a 70 lb. dumbbell for sets of 10... I was definitely at one of my strongest today... I am so thrilled with the progress... I feel my strength going up and my size is definitely increasing... I have some great size increase pics but my phone network is down right now and I can't upload but as soon I can I will post... All feedback is always appreciated!
 
Yea man, sorry but 6'1" 190lbs isn't exactly a "big" guy. There's no question that you're top heavy with the way you lift. There's nothing wrong with that, but the other poster was just making a statement. No one meant any disrespect. But you could probably jump to 210lbs if you started squat/deadlift just because of the amount of muscle you'd pack on in those areas.

For example, my friend is 5'7" 175lbs. He is probably 6% body fat. He is totally shredded, ridiculous. He benches 405lbs for singles and has done 275lbs for 15! If you look at us side by side, he looks twice the size (forgot to mention I am 5'8" 177lbs with about 11% bodyfat). But he is all juiced up and doesn't do ANY legs. He would put weight on so quickly if he did high rep squat/deadlift.

And he didn't say that your cardio would prevent you from gaining weight or getting stronger, just slow down the process. You look ripped as hell and if you're happy doing what you're doing, then enjoy. I could never do that much cardio. I hate running! It's the most boring thing to me.

thanks man... ive definitely looked into it but i haven't used it yet... i think its a definite possibility in the future... i pretty much have my next two cycles planned out but after that its definitely something i want to consider... next up is ultradrol/trenazone/transaderm
 
Day 33 - Bigger Biceps!!

So today I just didn't feel the best... It wasn't lack of energy or anything like that, I just felt heavy... I hate that feeling... I know it is because I didn't space out my meals properly yesterday because I was gone most of the day and I crammed all my calories into a shorter span and thats just not a good thing... I hate feeling this way but that made me work harder today so I wouldn't have this nasty f'ing feeling...

Cardio was so awesome today... I had tennis (yes tennis) on t.v. You have to understand, I was a college basketball player and I broke my back playing, so I had to switch to another sport and thats where tennis came in... I have a strong passion for all sports but I truly love tennis and roger federer happens to be my favorite athlete and his match was on t.v. while I was doing cardio so it went by very fast... I have to say, the N2AMP is f'ing strong man! I love it! After all my cardio I decided to throw in 5 sets of 150 jump ropes to try to get that nasty heavy feeling out of me...

So today was back and biceps... This is a grueling workout because to me, back is really tough... You use so many muscles training your back and there's so many areas to hit that it just takes longer... I always try to absolutely crush my biceps too for the obvious reason that everyone loves to show off biceps and I've never had huge biceps so seeing them even semi large is a big deal to me... I started off curling 110 x 10 on the curl bar, which was the most I've ever done and I did all 4 sets that way... that was a great way to start and had me really pumped... I then went big on my straight hammer curls... I started with 75 x 10 but went for the 80's and got those which was a big pr for me... I went really hard on my wide grip pulldowns at 210 x 10 on my sets... I set a big pr on the rotary back high isolator at 220 x 10... thats one notch below the entire rack... At the end of the grueling workout, I did simotaneous dumbell curls but as negatives... bad idea for a last set! =) It was rough but I did them all 40 x 10's... It was an excellent workout today and my biceps definitely showed it... I just continue to get stronger and am absolutely loving it... I am so amped to go to the gym everyday... I just have the biggest passion for it... All feedback appreciated...

I don't do anywere near THAT much cardio but I'm running probably 15miles a week om tren at 3 miles a clip and don't seem to be having any issues with it. I'm running at like a 10min mile tho Lmao, but it serves its purpose I'm getting shredded like never before on tren
 
Day 34 + 35 - The weekend update!

Sorry for the delay in getting my weekend update posted... I had a really busy weekend and was really busy posting in the forums as well so I was not able to get my updates up...

I had absolutely awesome cardio days both days... The N2AMP is so awesome, especially helpful with my cardio! I absolutely love it! The excellent amount of sports on during cardio definitely helped as well, especially Sunday's tennis match with Federer killing it and winning the title...

So Saturday's workout was shoulders and triceps... I came out of the gate smoking, immediately going for a pr on my smith machine shoulder presses, which i set right off the jump... The sets were tough, but I was able to do 210 x 10 all the way through... That really had me pumped for the workout... After that, I was in crazy mode! I hit a pr on my dumbell straight arm lateral raises at
45 x 10's... I hit a pr on my single arm dumbell tricep kicks at 65 x 10 and then upped it to 70 x 10... thats a huge tricep kick! I set a big pr on my hammer strength single arm shoulder presses at 245 x 10 ( thats total weight so half it for single arm)...
My strength is just amazing me right now... I always tell myself heading into my workouts that today I will get stronger and I do... When you tell yourself to do something and you envision it and see it, the likelihood of it occurring is so much higher...
Sunday was just a cardio day, a great one at that...
Today should be a big chest and traps day... I will have updates this afternoon! All feedback and comments welcome!!

So I felt absolutely refreshed today... I actually got some good sleep last night and just felt great this morning... That really showed in my workout today... My cardio was absoluteliy awesome... I mean I felt so great with all my cardio...

Today was chest and traps... I started off so strong... I was ripping the 90 lb. dumbells on inclines and got up to 95 x 10 today, which was a pr i set last time i did dumbell inclines... Then, the exercise that had everyone staring at me today was my lateral raises... WHY? well because I was doing them with two 45 plates simotaneously... it looked insane... It was absolutely awesome... I set pr's today in my arnold dumbell bench press at 85 x 10... and I set a PR on my barbell high row at 140 x 10... I was able to shrug 315 x 10 on all four sets of barbell shrugs which was awesome! I also hit 55 x 10 on my seated straigh arm single arm dumbell forward lateral raises... My chest has never looked as big as it did today and my vascularity was insane... I finally did not feel as heavy today as well and I just felt an overall great feeling... I love feeling this strong and will continue with the progress! I am absolutely loving this... I love this cycle and will continue to get the most out of it... I have upped my dosage of s4 to about 85 mg a day... I am doing great on the sides... I have about 2 weeks left of the cycle so I want to get max benefits... All feedback and comments welcome!!

Ah. Ok. I've been dosing S4 @50mg a day. No sides running it ED so I might go up this week lol.

if you feel comfortable bump it a little bit... i would just bump it to like 60 first and see how it goes... you kind of want to ease into increasing your dosing on this so you can see exactly where your sweet spot is...

ESPECIALLY with SARMS... i mean its never good to go overboard on anything but with SARMS, its particulary bad to dose too high... once you to a certain point its just detrimental... i thnk 75 is the norm for sweet spots but you know your body bro... just play with it slowly and you will know! good luck!
 
Damn man looking real lean. It definatly looks like you added some lean size on this sarm cycle. I didnt think you could add noticable size with a sarm stack but i am proved wrong lol. Nice job, keep up the good work. Oh and on a side note, im loving this hella cycle. Good size and strength gains, awesome.

Day 37 - ULTIMATE SHRED

So today didn't start off the best... I absolutely did not want to get out of bed this morning and felt like I was coming down with something... I just felt like $hit all morning... I felt extremely low on energy and had a f'ing headache and all that... HOWEVER, you know me and when I don't feel good then I go even harder at the gym...

Cardio was a little tough today given the fact I was feeling a little sick but I pressed hard on it and got through it pretty strong...

Today was back and biceps... One of the tougher workouts that I have and being sick is not good for this workout but I decided off the jump I was going to fckin kill this workout... So I started off with dumbell concentration curls at 60 lb dumbbells and smoke them and had just a killer pump going on... I mixed in seated simotaneous dumbbell side arm curls with 50 x 10... My veins and biceps were popping hardcore after those two... I moved on to single arm barbell rows... These are tough as fck... I started at 115 x 10 and moved up to 120 x 10... I felt like an animal on these... Then I hit inverted curls at 100 x 10... This was so tough... that is some heavy weight for inverted curls and i felt a huge burn on all the sets and every rep was tough but I pushed through... I do a seated lat pull down on the ground which is very tough with the side cable so there is a ton of tension... 180 x 10's was a pr for me... 170 was my previous high and I did all four sets at 180... I also set a pr on my hammer strength iso lateral pull downs with an inverted grip at 240 x 10... Dumbbell back extensions at 70 x 10 were really strong and I had a great pump from those as well... I did some isolated single arm cable curls that just ripped my biceps up...

I have to say that this one took every ounce of energy I had because I felt like $hit HOWEVER, I believe the pics I have from today may be my best yet... I felt so f'ing shredded and it shows... I am SO extremely happy with this... I really feel such a dramatic increase in size and strength from end of my helladrol cycle... Its so awesome!! I will continue to push harder and harder! Day 38 - HUGE SHOULDERS and HARDCORE CARDIO

So today I was feeling better than yesterday... I usually get over a bug pretty quickly... Every once in a while I get a lingerer, but normally I get over it quickly... I'm in Hawaii for fux sake, I would hope to not get sick at all!

So today I did my normal 5.75 mile run but I mixed it up after the run... Immediately after the run I did circuit sprints on the treadmill... I assure you that my circuit sprints are probably going to sound hardcore if you just did them by themselves, but imagine doing them after a long run at high speed... So, I turn the treadmill up to 12.0 mph, which is a pretty fcking fast speed... I run 30 second sprints and rest for 30 seconds... These are precise sprints and on the dot on times... I do 20 like this in a row and then the 21st is a 45 second sprint... so in essence, 21 sprints with minimal rest on the highest speed you can go... Immediately after that I did 2 more miles on the elliptical and it was time for lifting!

So I was feeling good going into my lifting today... Today was shoulders and triceps... We all know how much I love shoulder days... I went right after a pr today on my first set... I did standing barbell shoulder presses... My previous pr was 120 x 10... I started with 135 today and did all 4 sets with that weight... I was so fckin jacked after that and felt like fckin superman... I did dumbbell overhead tricep extensions at 105 x 10... Next up I set a new PR my last set of single arm shoulder presses on the calf machine... 90 x 10 was a huge pr for me... The next lift I did hurt my shoulders, but a good hurt, the kind when you know your working the fck out of your muscles... I took two 25 pound free weights and did straight are full overhead lateral raises... I looked insane doing these and I felt such a huge pump on these... I just killed the rest of the workout as well... I blasted the entire weight rack on my seated dips, which was 250 x 10... I felt like an absolute machine today... My shoulders looked extra big and my weight was good at 191 today... I am feeling great and am just absolutely loving this cycle!!!! All feedback and comments welcome!!
 
Day 39 - HUGE CHEST DAY!!

So today's workout had the potential to be a disaster... I had the day off but I had to go to the dentist at 11:00 a.m. which through my day completely off because I wanted to obviously sleep in on my day off so I couldn't make it to the gym before the appointment... Well, I wasn't sure what to expect at the dentist but needless to say I was there for over 2 hours and got all kinds of shit done to my teeth... Long story short, even with novacaine, I was fucked up and hurt after leaving and I was extremely tired... I popped 8 N2AMPs and took my ass straight to the gym anyway...

So my legs felt very heavy to start but about 2 minutes into my run I was gliding away! I had some great cardio today and that led me into my lifting...

Today was chest and traps and I was juiced up after my cardio session... I started with dumbell benches and was throwing the 95 x 10's up pretty damn good... I was pissed because one of the 100's was broke so I couldn't do sets with them and 105 was a bit much so I went for some big pr's on my other chest exercises... I went HUGE on the hammer strength incline at 230 x 10... my previous pr was 215 and that was tough! I pushed through all 4 sets at 230 and that had me really going! I did seated bent arm lateral raises with 45 pound free weights and that was tough! My traps were fucking popping like crazy... Then it was on to the alternate arm 4 second hold dumbell shrugs... 115 x 10 and they were jacked man! Then I went to the cables... I set a pr on my cable flies at 110 x 10 and a pr on my cross arm cable lateral raises at 50 x 10... those were tough but man they are good! Then I did chest pushdowns on the cables and set a pr at 120 x 10... I felt great after the workout today and really made good progress... I worked really hard today and am feeling great... Progress each and every day is what I am all about and I find a way to make that happen everyday! All comments and feedback welcome!
 
Day 40 - BIG STRENGTH AND MORE SIZE!!

So typically Friday is my toughest day in the gym because I have to get up so early for the stupid ass work meetings and that rang true today... Cardio wasn't too bad but I was just a little sluggish until the N2AMP kicked in hard and then I made it through nicely...

So today was back and biceps, an extremely tough workout... I immediately started off at PR weight on the bodymaster hammer strength rows... 135 x 10 and i nailed them all and i could really feel it in my back... i could feel the shred back there... I went for all four sets of 85 x 10 dumbells on cross arm alternate hammer curls and got all 4... It was a crazy start to the workout... I was rippin up my biceps on the seated dumbell alternate arm side curls with 50 x 10's and isolated over the knee dumbell curls at 50 x 10's ... I did wide grip back extensions at 180 x 10 which was very heavy and then lay down curls on the back cable extension machine, which tore my arms up... I finished strong with wide grip pull downs... I can definitely see a size increase in mass and my shred is still strong... I have some good photos today that will show the increase in size and vascularity... I am very happy with today's workout and the continuing progress that is made... All comments and feedback welcome!!
 
Day 43 - MORE STRENGTH!!

So, I am sorry for the lack of udates from the weekend... I had fucking awesome workouts all weekend... My strength gains continue to awe me...

Today started off bad... I woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible sore throat and just felt like shit... I had chills and sweats and everything else... So I was worried about the outlook for my day and workout... HOWEVER, when I feel like this, then I just go harder at the gym and kill it! My cardio was actually way better than I thought it would be today... I went through it very nicely today and then went to the weights...

Today was chest and traps... I always worry when I am not feeling well that my strength will be down... I decided to test that theory right off the bat with my smith machine inclines... I set a pr 2 weeks ago at 230 x 10... I decided to start at 225 x 10 and threw it up 10 times with ease... So i thought fuck it, i'm repping 235 today... I did the next three sets at 235... It was tough but I made it through all three! This was an excellent start! I did single arm dubbell lateral raises at 50 x 10, which I think is extremely strong... Next I went straight for PR on my dumbbell side arm bench press... that's the outside grip holding the dumbells to the side of your body... my previous pr was 80 x 10 and I did all 5 sets at 85 x 10 and in all honestly, if I would have felt 100%, i think I could have gotten up to 90 x 10... I did seated simotaneous dumbell front lateral raises at 40 x 10 and my normal 115 x 10 dumbell shrugs with 4 second holds... I then did dumbell front chest raises at a pr of 55 x 10... I was a little more mythotical in my workout today, simply because I was sick, but my strength was through the roof... I felt really vascular as well... I have had a few days where I feel like I am holding water and i am not really sure why... I am starting to wonder if it is the DAA becuase my diet is always consistent, so I know its not that... Otherwise, I still feel great and my strength increase is just awesome... I have about 2.5 weeks left of this stack, so I want to get as much out of it as possible... I am up to 90mg on S4 and osta stays at 25 mg... All comments and feedback welcome!

I was wondering how long do SARMS take to kick in and you begin to notice the hardening effects? Esp. interested in ostarine.

Also is it possible for sarms to cause water retention in any way?

ostarine actually takes about 2 weeks before you really notice a lot with it... as far as s4, i personally noticed the muscle hardening damn near immediately... i remember the first night after my first days worth of dosing and i couldn't believe how fuckin hard my muscles looked... now, some people it takes a few days but it tends to work much quicker than the osta does in terms of changes being noticeable... it is much better to stack them together than to run solo... you just get max benefits that way and they were basically made for one another... no water retention at all on these either bro... or i wouldnt run them! i won't run anything that causes any water retention... =)

sure bro... its not going to put on a ton of size but you will get a huge strength increase and a major increase in muscle hardening... If ran properly, i think over an 8 week run, you could put on 5-7 pounds of nice lean mass... that will reuire a mini pct as well but your recovery will be very quick... 3 week mini is all you need...
 
Day 44 - Big Biceps and a Ripped Back!

So today I am definitely still feeling under the weather but once I got to the gym I quickly pushed that aside... I don't know why but for the past 2 weeks I have just felt bloated... Its driving me absolutely crazy because my diet has been the same... I really have been thinking hard about what's going on and have finally come to the conclusion that it is the DAA... this can cause bloat after long usage and im beyond the 8 week range so after today I am not going to be using it... There really is no need for it at this point anyway... I am very certain that this is whats causing it...

So my cardio was excellent today and after cardio I finally felt lighter than I have in quite awhile... My weight is still steady but I just hate that bloat and water feeling... So cardio was excellent today and I just get so pumped when cardio goes great... So I was definitely pumped for the workout...

Today was biceps and back, which I consider to be my toughest workout... I started off with dumbbell curls simotaneous negatives... This is a fucking tough way to start! 40 x 10's... I could just feel my biceps shredding every rep... It really got me fuckin going! Then I hit some wide grip curls for 100 x 10 which I felt was really strong... I moved on to a bak extension machine at 220 x 10 which is almost the entire rack of weight... Then I incorporated a few new exercises that were brutal! I did an inverted grip on the rotary lat machine with the entire rack of 250 x 10... I normally do that on a regular grip so this was an amazing lift for me and i could just feel the V shape imprinting on my back... This was a great exercise I will definitely be incorporating more often... The next one was fucking tough... It was simotaneous dumbell incline hammer curls... I was able to get up to 45 x 10. This was an awesome lift as well that I will be doing more often... Then it was PR time... I went big on the single arm dumbell rows... My PR on these has been 110 x 10 and I was able to get 115 x 10... This was crazy weight on this and I felt like an animal! It was an excellent day in the gym, especially considering I am not feeling well.. I love the increase in strength that is a constant and I love seeing all the hard work paying off! thanks bro! im telling you what, i absolutely hate being sick, and I normally get over it quickly because I take really good care of myself, but I fuckin snap inside when I'm sick and I'm at the gym and I go like fuckin triple hard... Its not always easy but I like to think that I can overcome anything and I pretty much have myself convinced that I can... Most everything we do in life that separates us from success is mental... The tougher you are mentally, the more successful you will be... The more self motivated you are, the more you will accomplish... I pride myself on being tough not only physically, but mentally as well...

Day 46 - Ultra Vascularity

Sorry for not getting my update in yesterday... I will say this, yesterday was shoulders and triceps and I fucking killed it... I love shoulder workout so much because immediately after my first set of shoulders, they just fucking swell up and look so ripped... I love it! Strength was awesome and the workout was intense...

So one thing I noticed already from stopping the daa, in just two days time, the bloat feeling I had is completely gone... I did drop about a lb. but thats okay with me because i'd rather drop the lb. and not have that watery bloat feeling... fuck that! So I am very happy with this...

Cardio was pretty good today... I am still fighting off this fucking cold but I think I am getting over it... I pushed through today though and I felt great...

So today was chest and traps... I started off on bench press today... I broke through last time at got up to 215 x 10 so it was important for me to get it again today... I remember last time 215 was a big struggle for me once I got to the 8th rep and today when I got to that set I fuckin ripped it up... I am aiming to get 225 for 10 and I hope that happens soon but I am definitely making progress... Then I hit the arnold incline dumbell presses at 70 x 10... Those were intense and just shredded my chest, especially right after the intense bench pressing... The next one was a new exercise for me and it was a traps shredder... I did bent arm lateral raises while on the incline... I've done this face down before but never normal way... These were a bitch but they were great for ripping up the traps... I got up to 40 x 10 which was fuckin sweet... Then I hit the barbell high row and got up to 140 x 10... I set a pr on my barbell shrugs... I did all four sets at 335 x 10... That was tough but I fuckin nailed it! Then it was cable work time... I did straight arm high flies at 110 x 10 and pushdowns at 120 x 10... I finished with cross arm lateral raises at 50 x 10... It was a fucking intense workout and I tore it up... I had some great vascularity pictures but I got a new phone today and my fucking sd card got messed in the process of switching... So I will get new ones tomorrow... Great vascularity today but I'll make sure its even better tomorrow... I can see so much progress... I am absolutely loving it... I am just counting the days until my next ph cycle... one month away! I can't wait! All feedback and comments welcome!

yes I do 4 x 10... i was stuck for quite some time on 205 x 10 bro... so i am up to 215 x 10 now... its a huge jump especially considering how long i was stuck on with 205... my strength gain has been absolutely amazing...

Day 47 - BIG PR DAY!

So today I was straight pissed off when I got to the gym... We have Friday morning meetings every Friday at work and I'm just to the point where I want to beat the shit out of my boss and all his bull shit had me fired up this morning...

I whipped cardio today... I had a fabulous run and my stairclimb and elliptical were fucking awesome... I was hyped to get my weights in today...

I am feeling so good to have that little bit of bloat gone... It was definitely the DAA because as soon as I got off of it the bloat is gone... I was over 8 weeks on it, which is plenty, so that was definitely it... I know better than to prolong use something like that... So I am feeling great!

I did back and biceps today and I went for PR's right from the jump... I started on the barbell free weight row... My PR was 190 not counting the bar and I went right after it today with 200 x 10... It was beast mode... It wasn't easy but I got all 10 on my last set... Then I went into single arm dumbell inward hammer curls... My PR was 85 x 10 so I went right after it the first set... I felt so good that the second and third I went for 90 and nailed it... So I thought fuck it, lets go for 95... So picture me repping a 95 pound dumbell on inward hammer curls... I fucking nailed it to and was feeling so pumped! (Maybe I need to be at more work meetings)... LOL... So then I make my way to the cable machine... The machine goes up to 150 and I wanted to do some rope curls... I had to add dumbells to the 150... I had three of the small silver dumbells on there, making it 192... People were staring at me like I was nuts... I just ripped off 4 sets like a beast... Then I hit pullups at sets of 10... Then I kept the 192 on the cable and did single arm seated pulldowns and just shredded my back... I then hit isolated over the knee concentration curls at 50 x 10... Then I did single arm back extensions at with the extra weight at 165 x 10... Those were a fucking bitch but I nailed all four sets... I did my lat pulldowns a little different today... I did them standing up, which made them much more difficult and with a wide grip... Then I finished with seated alternate arm dumbell side curls at 50 x 10... Veins were popping out of everywhere on those... This was a huge success of a workout today... I am thrilled with how it turned out... I am so happy with the progress and will continue to go fucking hard every single day!! All comments and feedback welcome!

Day 49 - The 8th and Final Week Begins!!

So today is the 8th and final week of my sarms stack... what a fabulous run it has been so far... I am going to crush it this week and get the max I can possibly get out of it... I have upped my dosage of s4 to 100 mg a day for the final week...

Sorry for not updating over the weekend.... I absolutely crushed my shoulders and triceps... I was in the grocery store with a muscle shirt on and the fucking manager at the store kept staring at me and he finally says, "fuck what do you do for your shoulders" I started laughing, and just said, the gym my friend, the gym... =)

So today I was a little tired... I am waiting for my new bottle of N2AMP... 20 days went by fast on it! The main reason I was tired is because I actually slept too much last night... Im used to sleeping about 6 hours and I got 7 last night and that was a bit much for me...

Cardio wasn't bad today... I had a few times where I was a little tired but for the most part it was good...

Today was chest and traps day... I had the mindset that I was going to fucking kill it today and thats EXACTLY WHAT I DID... My pr on dumbell inclines was one set of 95 x 10... I did 3 sets of 95 x10 today! I started with 90's and thought fuck it, i can do the 95 the rest of the way and I did it! Then I did (and these were a fucking bitch) bent arm later raise negatives with 40 lb. dumbells... my veins were popping out from places I didn't even know had veins on this exercise... It was fucking awesome but definitely hard... Then I set a HUGE PR on my dumbell flies... I did all four sets at 80 x 10 on fucking dumbell flies... Then I did seated dumbell shrugs at 115x10... Then I hit the high pec machine which is much more difficult than the regular pec machine... I got up to 130 x 10 on those... I hit straight arm forward lateral raises up to 55 x 10... The next lift was tough! I did alternate arm dumbell bench presses with 80 x 10... I felt like an animal... I finished off with simotaneous dumbell high rows up to 60 x 10... I am fucking loving this strength... I am still weighing in strong at 192... I will have pics again this week but I am fucking thrilled with these results... I have a great foundation here for the upcoming ultradrol cycle... one month and counting on my journey to 210... So far, I am headed in the right direction and will continue moving forward! Day 50 - The King of Vascularity!! NEW PICS!! ULTRA SHRED!!

I had to close the store Friday night and open the fucking store Saturday... So I didn't get to bed until nearly 11:30 and had to wake up at 3:30 to get to the gym before work... I took so many pre workouts and stims that I was feeling sick half the day... I fucking killed the workout though! Needless to say, I am playing catch up on my sleep...

So cardio wasn't too bad today... I noticed a lot of extra sweating today but somedays are just like that... I was definiteliy happy to be done with cardio though today and ready to hit the weights hard...

Today was back and biceps which is just a bitch of a workout... This is the hardest combination (at leat for me) of body parts to work together... You are using so much arm strength in both of these workouts that it just wears you down... However, you know how I do it and when I get tired I just push harder... I started off with a little bit of an inverted set of seated dumbell curls but I would actually call it a side hammer curl... The curl motion is odd and totally different but it shapes the fuck out of your arms like crazy... It was tough and I was as vascular as I have ever seen on this one... I did 40 x 10's on this and it took everything in me to do them but I felt like I got so much out of it... Then I hit seated back rows with 65 x 10 dumbells... Then I went for a pr on the bodymaster low row machine... my previous pr was 135 x 10 which is tough... 3 plates on the machine, but I nailed 140 x 10 today... Then I did simotaneous dumbell curls with a completely full extension at 40 x 10... Those were tough but really great for shaping my biceps... The next grouping was really hard... It took a lot out of me... i did inverted pull downs for my biceps and then wide pull downs for my back... 220 x 10's on the bicep pulls and 210 x 10 on the lat pulldowns... I wa feeling spent after this but I knew I had two more exercises to go... I went after them hard because I was tired and wanted to prove to myself that I could push through it... Damn man you have really put on some lean mass, thats definatly noticable. I see alot of pr's too, thats always a good sign to new muscle mass so congrats on that. Day 52 - An Epic Workout!!

So today I woke up feeling nice and fresh... I had a good feelling today would be a good one and it most definitely was!

Cardio was pretty strong today... I have been mixing and matching cardio lately... This has been producing excellent results and today was strong...

So today's workout was shoulders and triceps... I went hard from the start... I started out with clean and presses... I haven't done these in a long time and I have to say, no matter how good of shape you are in, when you are doing sets of 10 on these, you get winded... I did all four sets at 115 x 10 and they were tough... My shoulders were fucking looking huge after this.... Then I went to full overhead shoulder lateral raises... I didn't even know I was doing a PR this whole time until I checked back on my log on the third set of these... I thought they felt a little heavy but I had been stuck on 35 x 10 for nearly 1.5 months and I started at 40 x 10 and did all four sets that way... I was just killing it... My veins were popping out from everywhere... Then I hit single arm shoulder presses on the calf machine... those are very tough... i got up to 90 x 10... then i did 4 sets of hanging dips at 25 reps each set... I was feeling strong and just kept moving up... I hit my laydown skull crushers at 110 x 10... Then I hit the bodymaster overhead tricep extensions... I finally hit a pr last week on my last set of them at 180 x 10... I had been stuck at 170 for 2 months... Today I did all four sets at 180 x 10... Then I hit single arm inverted grip tricep extensions at 80 x 10... So i am pretty worn down at this point... This workout was just all out beast mode... I decided to try something really tough to finish out... I did standing dumbell shoulder presses... I hit all four sets at 60 x 10... That's a fucking mean standing shoulder press... I was really pumped up after finishing so strong... I am pushing extremely hard especially since this is the last week of sarms... I want to have huge strength and muscle built up for the upcoming ultradrol stack... I am less than a month away and can't wait... I am so excited with everything and am pushing harder each day!! Day 53 - HUGE TRAPS!!

So today was a rare day off from work ( I need a fucking vacation) so I slept a little later today... I was feeling okay but not as fresh as I had hoped...

So cardio did not start off very good today at all... My legs felt very heavy and I just didn't feel like myself... I started running and after about a mile my shoe came untied and I had to stop... Even though it was only like 10 seconds, it still sucks because I hate to stop... Normally I just run right through it but today I was having trouble... It felt like it was going on forever... I normally run 5.75 miles each day at 40 minutes... About halfway through I asked myself "are you a bitch?" and basically insulted myself... so i decided to push harder.... I actually upped it to 45 minutes at 6.25 miles... Then I hit the stairclimber and elliptical and fucking killed them both...

So today was chest and traps and I felt ready to bang them out today... I started with smith machine benches today to mix it up since I haven't done them in so long I can't even remember... I started with 235 x 10... I set a pr on my incline smith a few weeks ago at 230 x 10 and my bench and incline are normally fairly close so i figured this was a good starting weight and it was definitely tough... I pushed through it hard and on the last set I went for 240 x 10 and I killed it... I felt great after that... Then I hit bent arm lateral raises with 45 pound free weight plates... this always gets people's attention because it just looks fucking crazy.... Its definitely tough because of the way the weight is proportioned but I nailed it... Then I hit the hammer strength incline at 230 x 10... That is extremely heavy weight and it was tough but I pushed through it... I went straight into PR mode... I hit my seated bent arm dumbell lateral raises at 50 x 10... thats crazy weight and my traps were popping more than I have ever seen them... then i hit seated front lateral raises straight arm dumbells at 50 x 10... Then I went to cable flies and went right after a pr... 120 x 10 and I killed it... my chest was on fire after those... then i did single arm cable high rows at 120 x 10... I could have done more but this was more of a shaping exercise... I finished hard with side arm grip dumbell bench press at 85 x 10... I felt and looked great after this workout... I was so pumped after the workout! Three more days of SARMS so I want to get the most out of it as I can... I am pushing it as hard as I can and will continue to do so! I love it! All feedback and comments welcome!

Every time I visit I get fuckin pumped knowing there is a box of s4 and osta bottles on top of my fridge just waiting for me to kick some ass with!

Oh and badass shoulders bro, that's my favorite bodypart to hit up, so gotta say yours are lookin ripped bro. Good work!
