Take the whey 15-30 minutes after taking the WMS/BCAA. It doesn't take long for the WMS to clear the gut, but the more you add to it the slower the absorption. The WMS will push the BCAA into your muscles at a faster rate than if you took WMS and whey together. I believe the proper inclusion rate is 80% WMS and 20% other supps bcaa, creatine, etc.
