Usually I have 40g whey iso or a comparably amount of turkey or chicken and a LARGE sweet potato about 1 hour before the gym. During my workout I sip on 15g BCAA, 10g Leucine, and crystal lite. PWO I have 80g WMS, 15g BCAA, and 10g Leucine. 15-30 minutes after the WMS I have 60g Whey iso. 30-45 minutes after the whey iso I have a solid meal.
