Dumbell Chest pull overs

Anyone noticed significant results with these? i've only just added to my work out

Is there any point doing this exercise with an incline bench?

i think a flat bench for them is fine. I used to do them, but i felt a strain in my arm for some reason. I have actually been thinking of giving them a go again though because overall, i think they're a very underrated exercise.

They expand your rib cage, which makes your chest bigger and they also hit your lats.

iv done them on and off before, I know moya and saibot are lovers of the pullover though!

the incline bench will reduce ROM but may help get a better squeeze, I prefer lying across a flat bench, like lying sideways on it...

ive been doing these for probably about a year consistently... ive worked up from struggling with a 50, to getting 8 reps with the 100... my chest and lats grew fairly well, even when i took a couple months off serious bench pressing... i like the feel of the muscles being worked... but i honestly cant say they expanded my ribcage...
if i didnt compete in powerlifting, pullovers and ohp would be my main upperbody lifts..
god i hate bench (and suck at it)...

i stopped doing them once i could use 150 pound dumbell, the dumbell touched the floor before i coudl stretch out lol

but have to say never really liked it, felt awkward when it got heavy, it use to drag my body along with it

I find that even with 50s they touch the floor before I get a decent stretch, maybe the benches are lower at my gym or something

My old gym had an OG Nautalus pullover machine. It used to wreck my lats. DB pullovers feel like an impingement waiting to happen for me, so I won't do them.

I quoted you because I hate the bench press too :D

they are great. i wouod do them. i just go off the side of a bench. im a short guy though.
