I've been training over 20 years, waaaay before any whey proteins or MRP's were even heard of.
Raw eggs were just a staple back then with some milo or honey or pineapple juice or yoghurt or anything you felt like throwing in.
I still prefer them although i do add a spoonful of whey now and i have never got sick FROM them or OF them.
If they sit good in your stomach then there shouldn't be any reason not to have them.
You do open a can of worms when bringing up the subject of raw eggs though!!!!!
