DreadLockPredator Mutation

DreadLockPredator Introduction:
Finally making the time to jump over to elite fitness and start logging here in from what I've heard is a great community.

Quick introduction, 35yo who's recently rediscovered my drive to get to the body I've always wanted since buying body building magazines when I was a young fella.

Tore my ACL playing footy year ago and sent me down a hole and ended up at 126kg depressed, with fuck all sex drive because I hated myself internally. Early 2025 I stopped all the bullshit excuses and locked in and got to the leanest I've ever been 79kg 10% BF doing keto and fasting.

Since the weight loss, I got back upto 93kg at an attempted self coached bulk but, decided I need to the next level and hire a coach.

I signed up with Coach Rap in camp Grino in late March and have made massive improvements to my Physique. Picking up alot of knowledge along the way and falling in love with the body building sport and community.

We just finished my first body building cut about 2 weeks ago going from 93kg to 79.8kg 6.4% Body Fat on a Dexa Scan!! 🔥

We are currently in my reverse phase, weight has gone up to 86.8kg with gym performance sky rocketing from extra carb intake slowly being introduced.

If any vendor is interested in me logging for them as we progress towards my fiest body guilding blast! I'd be more then happy to run their products to prove their great quality. I do not expect a guaranteed sponsorship with freebies after just joing the community over here, I'd happily do it for free to build relationships with great vendors. 💪🏽
