A friend at my gym has been on a crazy looking cutting diet for about 5 weeks. He has gotten RIPPED with no appearance of muscle loss, I think he looks bigger. He showed me the plan he was on and he said that his uncle new Dave Draper in the 80's and they ysed a split like this alot before a shoot. I told him that you cannot do all this and he said if you put your mind to it you can do anything. Check it out soI can see what more knowledgable people think. He is a clean lifter also.
DB PRESS, WIDE PULL DOWNS< SEATED LAT ROW< DB SHOULDER PRESS<DB IN> CURLS<DIPS<TRI PUSHDOWN....Monday,Wednsday,Friday.
SQUAT<SLDL<LEG EXTENTIONS<LEG CURL<CALF RAISES...Tuesday,Thursday,Saturday
All exercises are 3 sets with 8-12 reps, sometimes higher.
EVERYDAY (except Sunday)- HIIT CARDIO (followed by 10 minute instinct ab work) 18 minutes bike on non leg days and sprints and heavy bag on leg days.
HIIT is done in morning and weights at 7 in the evening.

Oats,6 egg whites, 1 scoop whey
HIIT CARDIO
1 whey, 36 g dextrose (smarties)
4 oz. chicken,1 tbs. flax oil, 1 can spinach
4 oz. chicken,1tbs. flax oil,1 can spinach
Oats,6 egg whites,2 oz. chicken,fat free cheese
WORKOUT
2 whey, 50 g dextrose
4 oz. chciken, 1 small yam
1tbs. flax oil,1 whey
2680 calories, 200 or so carbs,enough protien
He wants me to try it and I am a little afraid becasue of the carb ammounts for cutting. He is 186 and I am 180. But he is 7% BF and I am 13 What do you all think. He said he is building muscle from the HIIT also, some crap about realeasing some growth hormone from hiit like the old timers did.
