Hi girls, I know I'm here again and I have still some problem. I can't lose anything, I know I don't care too much about weight I mean scale, but my BF is not changing. I'm workout 6 days { 3 day very intensive lifting - chest+legs, 2. day bic+back, 3 day tri+should.} 4-5 days I do cardio 30-45min, sometimes 1 day i do full body.
I'm 5'6" now 128lb. I'm takeing every day 225mcg of synthroid. Before I took 275, than 250mcg, but lab shown that I'm overmedicated, so doc said me slow down pills. So nov I take 225mcg.
I was visited nutricionist she said eat 1500cal mostly of course protein.
Yesterday my intake was 1275cal
37g fat, 60 carb, 177 protein
fat 27%
carb 14%
protein 58%
I really don't know what else to do, that's flustruated, I workout so hard, I watch food.!!!
