Not sure what to say, because you changed by then.
So if you still look the same, I say this : Work the shoulders and traps more. Pecs look fine. Abs need more work, and tris and bis need a shit load more work.
Thanks for the reply guys. In that pic I was 150lb, im now 180lb. I lift weights for the health benefit. I dont do it to get freaky or for any competitions. I stick to compound movements. Thats about it
