Donating blood on Eq cycle?

I have seen it mentioned from time to time in posts related to EQ.

Should one donate when on EQ?

I understand red blood cell counts will inevitably elevate while on eq, but is there something that needs to be done along side the cycle or is it okay to have the extra red blood cells?

Its a good idea to donate blood in general as a steroid user to help thin blood out. Do it couple times a year

How much are you running ? I actually run eq specifically for the increase in RBC count lol.

I would strongly recommend donating blood while using eq... You do not want your rbc to get too high

giving blood is like getting your oil changed. I recommend doing it every 4 months. you can either donate or if they will not accept your blood because of whatever reason (you admit to drug use, steroid use, or you travel abroad) you can always get bloodwork done here http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/p...rivate-md-labs-bloodwork-15-code-1268793.html where they take 2 vials of blood out of you.

whether you use EQ or not doesn't matter.. when you juice your RBC's go up and your blood thickens automatically. its not just EQ that does that

I personally am not allowed to donate blood so I go to private md route for 50 bucks every 4 months.. if you cannot afford that then you shouldn't be juicing to begin with!

If you're smart you will donate blood on every cycle. RBC goes up with any AAS.
Extra RBC long term also means higher hematocrit and hemoglobin. ie: thick, viscous blood. Not really ideal health wise.

I strongly recommend giving blood regularly if you cycle AAS. Just make sure you lie on the questions they ask about needles and steroid use, or they will not let you donate

You would think this question, AAS use, Getting tattooed within the last year ect would be no brainer questions to lie about but you wouldn't believe the amount of people that answer some of this shit truthfully.

With all the things that disqualify you from giving blood, I'm sure there are a ton of people that lie before giving blood. Hell, most of America is on meds for something and the list of disqualifying meds they have for giving blood is two pages long.

So donating blood it is.

This will be my 3rd cycle coming up, so grateful to know this info!!!

FYI:

My first cycle was test E 500mg/wk 10 weeks.

Second cycle was Test E(12 weeks), Tren Ace(8 weeks)

My coming cycle will be Test E/EQ....not sure on quantities...750/600 per week or 500/400 per week respectively.

All cycles have had 4+ months off in between.
