I was looking back through my log with my first workout that i posted in may when my cycle first started, one big thing that popped out at me was the fact i increased my seated cable row by 155lbs.
I maxed out the stack for 10 clean strong reps at 300lbs. I've been working on my rowing since the beginning focusing on improving that movement. I never thought I would get so strong that i would max out the entire stack, even now i went from 100lbs first set at 15 reps into now doing 260lbs for 15 reps, just an awesome feeling seeing how far ive come along.
Current protocol
Test C 500mg a week
Mast E 150mg a week
Anavar 25mg pre workout days only
I am also looking at a career change which would help me make more money give me a better work life balance and have more time at home and more time for bodybuilding and the gym.
I am happy with reporting the company just got back with me a few moments ago with a job offer, pretty sweet gig, the only hard part is a completely different adjustment.
Job would start at 5am so id have to be up by 4am, done by 3pm, if anyone knows any good sleeping supplements along side GH let me know.
It would be 4 10 hour shifts M/T/W/T
Every week id have off F/S/S
Full benefits package with 401k match
No over time
Paid weekly
Home every night
This job is physical which i like, besides loading the truck, i would be driving to each location to unload the products for each stop, its alot of walking for 10 hours a day, which will benefit my cardio and help long term with gym progress.
Onwards and upwards for a new chapter in my life, no more commuting to and from work 100 miles a day round trip, once my new job starts.

i love me some monkey barsDefinitely been working hard at bringing up proper balance in the back, i like rowing specifically, i find for me it helps with back thickness and development, i also do chin ups as well its a nice combination.
Keep rolling.Absolutely that is the aim and goal
That kind of sparked an idea run the rack but with monkey bars, 1 pull up for each bar down and backwow you did 12x 4 sets pullups. that is not bad. you should try monkey bars next @Noah Wixx
@Noah Wixx i hope the career change happens for you man and it works out great. Wishing you nothing but the bestTuesday August 26 2025
