Just a comment -- maintaining really low carbs for any extended period of time (e.g. 2 weeks) is goign to impact the quality of your lifting. You won't have any strength & you will have to go into ketosis like the stupid Atkins first 2 weeks. Its not a great approach to trying to build muscle. And by saying "build muscle" I'm not talkign about getting big like a bodybuilder - women can't get huge big because they don't produce that amount of testosterone so don't get hung up on that. More muscle will reduce your muscle to bodyfat ratio and will make you look leaner even if you haven't really lost much bodyfat.
