Does what I'm eating look ok?

Just a comment -- maintaining really low carbs for any extended period of time (e.g. 2 weeks) is goign to impact the quality of your lifting. You won't have any strength & you will have to go into ketosis like the stupid Atkins first 2 weeks. Its not a great approach to trying to build muscle. And by saying "build muscle" I'm not talkign about getting big like a bodybuilder - women can't get huge big because they don't produce that amount of testosterone so don't get hung up on that. More muscle will reduce your muscle to bodyfat ratio and will make you look leaner even if you haven't really lost much bodyfat.
 
Well it doesn’t restrict my carbs too bad because I can have up to 40g per day to start, and then up to 70. The atkins restricts the completely I think and I’m not doing that diet. I have read some good reviews on this diet that I am now trying.
