I have been hearing from guys in my area you do a lot of shows that you cant eat the same things continuously through out the year ,because the body willadapt to it .So then when it gets time for the cutting phase the body is use to eating clean therefore you want get the results as fast as you would if you were not use to eating those foods through out the year,is this true or not?

Yeah, but it's difficult to say what will work for any one person. How long have you been on current diet? What is it? Height/age/wt etc

Don't panic. The guys in here will straighten you out I'm sure.

yes for some it does the same way doing the same workout your muscles get used to doing the same movemnt. that why its good to have a cheat day to confuse your metabolism and then start your diet again causing a fat burning effect.

I don't think that's true. That's like saying after eating protein for so long that it no longer builds muscle, or that carbs no longer give you energy because your body is use to them. The human is so complex, yet so simple.
