..........I put my Creatine in?? On the tub, it says take 5 grams and mix with 5 to 8 oz. of juice. I've been using 5 grams in about 15 to 20 oz's of juice.
So does it matter?

Thank you!

One more question..............its also says on the tub to have it 3 times daily on an empty stomach. What would the purpose of this be? I don't think it would be right for me would it? I just take it right after a workout.

well, the reason they say that is because supposedly on an empty stomach your body will more easily assimalate the creatine, however i also find this not to be the case and so post workout is good :)

#1 Do not take w/ juice.
#2 Do not take it on an empty stomach or you will be sorry.....

Take it w/ water, a lot of times I mix it w/ crystal light. I also take it w/ a meal..gotta take it with food or you will cramp and feel like shit.

Why not mix it with juice? I mixed it with Apple/Cranberry yesterday..........I've only heard to NOT mix it with orange Juice.

I haven't felt anything different.........except for the first time I took it!
:FRlol:
I took a TABLESPOON instead of a TEASPOON in my protein shake. I felt like complete shit the rest of the night, I thought my stomach was gonna jump out and have convulsions on the floor! I learned my lesson!

juice is very much acceptable as a median for creatine delievery into the body. Especially post workout because it will add back needed carbohydrates, i find taking it with juice also helps to smooth out the mixture as opposed to water because creatine is so damn gritty tasting.
