hey!! can anyone tell me a good workout to do the on the lower part of your chest???? i have fat around the nipple of my chest!!! and it wont go away!!!! ahhhhh help me please thanks!
 
I personally think you can do declines or weighted dips until you are blue in the face, but if your diet isnt in check you arent going to get rid of that fat.
 
This sounds to me more like a diet issue. You probably are predisposed to this type of fat deposit as am I. Its not the exercise its getting rid of the fat deposit. But while your looking at chest exercises, IMO I believe that a massive chest can be built using Barbell Bench or Incline Press or Dumbell Flat or Incline Press and dips.

i would have to agree that it is both a diet issue and a genetic issue.

decline presses are not really the best mass builder, but can help give you a real nice separation between your chest and your mid section
