Does anyone know some good exercises to work my lat muscles and my traps?
I'm on a standard split with back and biceps on the same day, but I need to find
a back exercise that doesn't also use the biceps. My gym has a machine fo the
row press, which I use all the time, and and an overhead lat pulldown, which I
use sometimes. The problem is that I always feel it in my biceps much more than
my back. Ive heard some things about making sure your shoulder blades are
pinched and your chest is back, but I dont really understand what that means.
Any experienced folks want to offer some advice?
thanks

Try bent over dumbell or barbell rows...you can even try wrist straps to take the focus off of your arms while doing pulling movements.
