I take one week off, and when I come back to gym, lift in 4-7 range of reps, with lots of rest in between and between exersices. I cut down on volume,2-3 set per exersice, and do mostly compound exersices, squats, chin ups, bench press,etc..after 2-3 weeks I add cardio, and do higher volume, but not as intense as on cycle of course.

I keep the intensity high, but cut the volume back. I don't want to break the muscle down, but I do want to test it to new heights.

I like to do a 1-6-1 type program at the end of a cycle. This adds some serious strength and preserves and adds to my gains. Too much volume is like a vampire for your gains! :vampire:

It all depends on how strong my cycle went and there have been times when I had to take two weeks totally off due to sore joints etc. But after a Dbol, sus and deca cycle, I always go real strong for three to four weeks after the cycle and still make decent gains. It probably because of the long acting sus, but either way it works for me.:o

Like BigJ said! Had to take a month off(two extra weeks) for joints. I'm on load phase of glucosamine chondroitin. I hope it helps so I can come back for next big cycle...
