Do you use canola oil?

I have just recently found out it may be toxic, as it is made from rape seed (toxic). Here is a link to one version of the debate.

Canola oil is not a healthy choice for cooking-Disputed!

i use evoo for cooking. weather its toxic or not its still bad for you.

evoo is the best. Good way to get healthy fats which will help burn fat as long as you keep your calories lower. If youre bulking pack on the evoo and enjoy. I need to start eating that shit more often

Also , I found a spray "Olive Oil" that says it has 0 calories , 0 fat so on... is that really Olive Oil? How does that work

nahman they are allowed to say that if its less than .5g or something. its def not 0 cals tho lol. I think i have one that says 0 cals but its for every 1/4 second spray so 2 seconds spray would be 8 servings

when I make eggs i use the spray so it doesnt stick, but before bed ill have tbsp of the real EVOO. Im not carb sensitive so I put it on my bread, but then again I havent really used it for cutting I just do it to maintain 10% bf
