Everyone deserves to be happy. I'm only not happy when I'm at work reading email, usually my boss's most recent attempt at covering his ass.

happiness is like everything else in life, it's fleeting.....

Life itself is fleeting.

Only when we begin to accept that can we become truly content in our own mind - when such is the case, words like, "happiness" and "sadness" hold no meaning.

Deserve no, you either are happy or not, you have the ability/right/awareness to be happy but it's not like you do some things and the automatically get to be happy.

I'm not sure it's a right? I don't think that it's normal for a person to be happy all the time. I think that pain is a part of life and makes the happy times even sunnier.

But sometimes I think people are miserable and they let themselves stay in that place and mope in it instead of trying to move forward onto a path that will move them forward. We've probably all done that.

I think it can be easy to forget that ultimately it's our own job to make ourselves happy and surround ourselves with loving supportive people who want the best for us. Life's too short for drama.
