I posted this elsewhere, but a guy walked into my gym once, he was a big boy and after his leg workout, he dropped his strides and flexed his legs in his underwear for at least 5 minutes in the middle of the gym.
Just to clarify, I meant do you purposely flex for a few minutes a day.
Not in front of girls, but as part of your training. I have never really head of anybody doing it until now, but I think it might help add some definition, but maybe not?
arnold did it all the time......... i do too...... im a competition bodybuilder though........ it does condition the muscle....... not add definition....... only diet does that....... but it helps out on stage.
