i was wondering about the weight belts... do they really help your lower back or what? i have never used one before... i see a few people with them... i was just wondering if i should get one?
what enrage said. lose the belt and build up your spinal erectors and also get a good ab workout in the process. just maintain good form and don't let your ego try and lift heavier than you can and you should be ok.
I do. I have a strong back and abs, but I want the support for certain things. I'll put one on for deads, squats, heavy DB shrugs, BB rows, and standing BB curls.
