do the natural/health food stores have food without salt?

may sound like a dumb question but ive never been to any stores like this. basically im looking for peanut butter and wheat bread and stuff like that that doesnt have a shit load of salt added to it

yes you can get natural peanut butter. and you can buy ezekial low sodium bread in the frozen section.

most large supermarkets now carry these items as well
