Last time I checked Republicans don't vote in Democrat primaries. If you guys are above this sort of thing it shouldn't be an issue, right?

Edwards had Kerry baggage to haul around in the last election. He is old news at this point. He has no chance, and I doubt any of the current candidates will select him as their VP.

I don't think he had a chance, anyway. I just think that if this is all the republicans can resort to they are toast in the general election.

I think the fact that they all laughed and clapped and haven't said a word in rebuke of her is going to hurt them in the long run. They have even further alienated a group that already has been oppressed by them.

Ideally, but like it or not we are evolved from fish and monkeys. All this higher reasoning shit didn't take hold until late in our evolution.

We've evolved as primates with social heirarchies. We follow the alpha male and if you insult the alpha male and he doesn't defend himself, people lose interest. To a large degree people won't vote for a president they consider weak, even if it is unfounded. Kerry was in the military and was a prosecutor, but he didn't defend himself from Bush's attacks and as a result was considered a weak leader. Its not fair or a good idea, but its built into our DNA. There is a book called 'the lucifer principle' that discusses this issue, can't remember the chapter name offhand though.

not one intellectually redeemning moment has ever been brought forth by that skinny two cent whore.........I HIGHLY doubt that an attack, especially one of such kindergarten antics, will press john edwards. No one monday is going to be discussing if John Edwards is gay or not......they're going to be discussing Coulters balls. Which is precisely what she wants. She's come to the forgone conclusion that she doesn't have the intellectual go juice to elevater herself to a position where she'd have her own show OR at the very least be considered a high level political analyst. So all she can do is draw attention to herself just like a good little spoiled brat.....which is all she EVER will be......and everyone knows it.....republicans too. Republicans just enjoy using her as an attack dog.......because in the end, she's just a silly little blond whore with nothing......so she's expendable.
