Do not buy from ashop!!!!

I know prep season is in full swing but I am going to HIGHLY recommend that you stay away from Ashop when it comes to ordering your supply. We made a purchase in late January and it still hasn't arrived. When I looked up the tracking number it showed that the package had been bouncing between NY and MD for three weeks. The post office confirmed that the zip code had been entered incorrectly on the package and gave me written confirmation to send to Ashop (which Ashop requested the only time they replied to me). I have done that several times and asked them to either send my product or give me a refund. They REFUSE TO REPLY!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND WON'T SEND MY PRODUCTS!

Today I found that a friend of mine ordered back in April and theirs still says that it is packaging. They have contacted Ashop several times with no response and are extremely upset. They had never ordered from Ashop and assured us that they never would again. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ASHOP AGAIN EITHER!!!!!!!

Thanks for the heads up brother. I have never ordered from Ashop before but I will make sure to let all my clients know.

While this isn't the correct forum for discussing this, I appreciate the heads up so I don't order from them. I'm awaiting a package that's 3 weeks old. I'm not quite panicking yet as I have seen packages sit in customs for 2-3 weeks. I'll be a happy lifter when that package gets here!
