Do I take Protein Shake during my day off..?

I see, well yes, taking as much protein 24hours prior to your workout seems to be most effective (Muscle and Fitness)
 
your protein intake should be 1g of protein per lbs of bodyweight on days off. then around 1.2-1.5g/lbs on days you workout.

thats what i use and it works for me
 
You should not stop taking proteins even on your day off, since you're burning calories doing something else, and u wanna keep your body in an anabolic state the whole time, so stick to your proteins on your days off.
 
I think you should take 1.25mg/lb of LBM ED, not your over all weight.

It's not very hard to keep your body in a constant anabolic state. You just need to eat like a beast (I'm talking about real good food and not junk), constantly take proteins and amino acids, don't neglect your juice....and you can forget about "catabolic"
