Hey guys, I hadn't done any power lifting since high school. I'm now 22, and I've been doing a power lifting routine for about ten weeks now. Here are my stats after ten weeks:
-I'm 180lbs, and my lifts are;
Bench: 310 lbs
Squat: 380 lbs
Power Clean: 235 lbs.
I just started Dead lifting yesterday, but I'm really excited about this, and I want to know if I have potential? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

you say that U have only been doing power lifting now for 10 weeks so I would say that U definitely have potential, just belive in your self and keep on training hard and eating right and I'm sure you will get a lot more weights your still young.... :)

yeah those are some good numbers but I suggest you check out some of the federations to see what they are putting up for weight in your age/weight

http://www.powerlifting.com is a good place to go

just i'll show what ya have to do to get ranked or notable

its really not a matter of whether or not we think you have potential.. You need to know you do. I have always said that serious lifting of any kind is a lot mental. You have to know you can do it. Learn how to do it. Keep learning(as non of us will ever know everything about it and things change constantly). Train for it. Be patient with it. Keep working at it, and stay focused on it.

If you truly need to know what I think. I dont even need to know your stats or lifts. My answer is that if you think and know you can then you can.
