Do girls think about sex just as much as us guys?

Not as much, despite what "empowered" women would have you believe.

Some come close, though.
 
It depends on the women....I happen to have a very strong sex drive that could match a mans....some women don't. Alot of my friends like it once a month if he's lucky
 
My boy friend thinks I have a sex drive like a man.....I dont exactly think about the sex per say....maybe the intimate thing:) i love being intimate.
I dont see a guy and say.....oh...id like to do him....or..whatever u guys think when u pass a hot woman.

I need and like sex on a regular basis too. but i dont think thats the question here. i dont walk around getting randomly horny througout the day as a man would. and i dont get horny by seeing a good looking man. i need to be touched in order for that to happen. somebody touch me!

There are days when I do think about it quite a bit. Sometimes its pretty graphic. Other days I dont think about it at all. Lately my interest has been down, probably too little sleep and too much stress.

I don't consider romance to = money spent on me. I am a cheap bastard -- I could make a penny scream! (The last bill I saw for the roses he sent me I was like Eeeeek!) LOL My hubby likes to "give" -- he is a giver, but romance to me is more about our interaction with each other. When it's good, I think about sex more often. When my hubby is a jerk, I'm not interested in him touching me.

Like someone else said, some days I think about it graphically & constantly. Some times I think "I could have sex right now." Other days I'm not as inclined. Some days I just want an orgasm without all the sex & romance involved.

All the time whether I am awake or sleeping. Actually the ONLY time i don't consciously think about sex is when I am doing it.
 
I've always thought about sex all the damn time no matter what I'm doing since I was in the single digits. Started masturbating around the age of 7 though I don't remember how I learned. There's times when I just keep on masturbating right after another. Orgasm after orgasm. Since I'm a women I can do that. I don't masturbate only when I'm horny but when I'm bored, can't sleep, or my nose is stuffed up (for some reason it clears it up for me). Always thought of fucking any and every cute guy I saw and my boyfriend says I have a higher sex drive than him. If I was a boy I would have a woody 24/7.
 
For the most part, they honestly don't. Girls are more emotional, guys are more physical.
But some do...for instance...me. :( I always think about sex!

I'm kind of new here . . . I'm still setting up my profile and all that (getting used to everything) . . . in any event, I just wanted to weigh in on this since it is such an interesting discussion . . . I would say that men think of sex more at first, but after being with a girl after a certain period of time . . . she is definitely the one that always initiates the activity

Awesome post - finally a woman with a man's sex drive. Somebody has got to figure out how bottle that and dispense it to women everywhere. The world would be a much happier place.

its my understanding that what men find attractive in women(i.e. full breasts,shapely legs,nice toned hips,good skin quality,etc.)is biologically hardwired in us because these "athletic",healthy women are more able to bear children..so when we see an attractive babe we think "I want to procreate with her"..bottom line,for the most part whats attractive IS sexually based
