Do All Cock Rings have to be worn around the testicles also?

ummmmmm a cockring goes around yer nuts too- they dont really work unless you constrict the circulation from back there- you want blood to be able to get in easy but have a harder No pun inteneded) time getting out- I think you will have a ahrd time finding a shaft only cock ring.....
 
Yeah it definately goes around the shaft and the nuts.. Its got to be tight so that it constricts .. keeps it much harder and harder to nut. You should be able to put your finger and everything else in while soft but not so loose to fall off. Try the rubber or leather ones first.. Easier to use

I havent really seen anything on just the shaft. Dont know if that would really be comfortable or easy...

Ok here it is, I walked into an adult store and ask about cock rings. The guy at the counter told me that really they were for people with diabeties. He told me that diabetic poeple have a hard time getting their dick hard. Damn, this is good news. I thought the cock ring only went around the shaft. I bought one online and I thought the damn thing was huge. Of course I was only thinking it was going around the shaft. I was seriously worried about the thickness of my manhood. It's a little more reasonable knowing that it has to fit around the balls too.
 
I went to this store and the explained how to figure out size.. Theres all kinds of metal ones and stuff but their tricky.. Best thing to do is buy the one thats a leather strap with three buttons... Try using the different buttons for sizes.. It should be tight when hard.. And when soft should stay around your equipment.. Should be able to put say one finger in with ring and fit comfortably.. Then just take the size or button to the store and they can give you the size that fits you
 
The one that goes around just the cock is like what male strippers use.. It deosnt keep u hard to bag but keeps it looking semi-hard which makes people think its that big stuff. I got one called a Lasso that i use once in a while...
