DNP_guru is on trial

for those of you who know him and those who don't, he was busted in last september and DNP was seized from his home. his trial is finally going to start on May 13th in the federal courthouse on central islip, long island. i don't know if it will be open to the public, but most of these trials are.

he was charged with introducing a "new drug" into interstate commerce with the intent to defraud and mislead.

it looks like he's not going to take any kind of a plea and will take it all the way through trial.

if any of you are in long island and have some interest in this case you may want to check it out. the discussion boards will play a large part in the trial. hopefully it doesn't draw any more undue attention to these boards.

manslaughter is not listed as one of the charges.

this may just be rumors, but the last i heard he is planning to file a lawsuit against the FDA and newspapers because the kid didn't actually die of dnp and the reports came out prematurely before the autopsy was ever revealed.

i don't think any customers would be willing to take the time to testify for him.

it probably won't matter though because the death isn't even going to be brought up in the trial since it has nothing to do with the case, and also since the kid didn't actually die of dnp.

i heard they are going to be ruthless since it was a young kid who died. intent to mislead means intent to defraud which means dnp guru himself was lying to the kid about what dnp did and/or told him to use it in an incorrect way....couldnt one of his customers testify if they were granted immunity?

This country's beurocrocy and people utter lack of self responsibilty wants to make me fucking puke.

accident happen and why does it have to be someones fault other than the moron who OD'd on DNP?

What kind of country allows someone to sue Mcdonnalds and win because they spilled hot coffee in thier lap? What kind of country allows fucking prison inmates to sue because the food they are fed is against the religion they decided to take up once in prison? What kind of fucking government allows people to sue tabaco companies because the people sueing are simply too weak willed to kick the habbit?

I will tell you what kind of government it is, the same kind of government that is chosen by people who must always blame others for thier misfortune, lack of planning, sheer stupidity and utter incompetence.
