that's a great press release. the charge was selling misbranded dnp, but the focus of all the newspapers is the death.

guess when the autopsy came out? in october, after all the publications... hmmm... too quick to judge? i see a lawsuit coming...

I have NO sympathy for him at ALL.

The parents are just on a personal vendetta. They are

He made A CHOICE, NOBODY forced him to buy it.

This whole situation sucks. Dnp_guru was one of the good guys that had a lot of knowledge to share. I was thinking of using dnp last summer to lose some weight quickly. He actually told me to stay the fuck away from it after I told him I was an endurance athlete. If he didn't give a shit he would have sold it to me and looked the other way.

Well since this is about DNP_guru and since he is a great guy and I am proud to say, a close friend, I feel I should add my 2 cents worth (like it matters) DNP was/is a great guy and was a great asset to this board as well as the internet board world as a whole. He was very well informned on what he was doin and saying to people and did nothing but try and help the best he could. The kid who died made some very stupid choices and that led to his death and it's sad that he died so young but he made stupid choices and payed the price and Guru should not be held at all responsable for his death. I pray all goes well for him and wish him and his family nothing but the best. Good Luck BUDDY!!

an intersting tidbit, the kid who died was an EF member. in his posts he said how much he loved accutane.

Funny thing is that when they did a blood test, they found out that the kid was NOT on accutance at the time...
